It has come to hear that Tata Motors is preparing to take the automated car to India's roads in a secret facility away from Bangalore, Tata Motors will soon test the self-driving cars on the roads of Bangalore. If Tata Motors did this successfully, then this will prove to be India's historic step in this field.
Tata Elxsi Takes Responsibility
Tata Elxsi, which is part of Tata Motors, has worked at the next level, focusing on aviation, automation and communication.
It has also come to hear that Tata Elxsi has build two sedan cars assembled with stereoscopic camera and ultrasonic sensors. The computer will receive these signals and carry these signals to the steering and navigate the car on the road itself.
Given the traffic of India, landing these cars on the streets can be a legal issue and the company is still working on these issues.
